Dirty Soap & Co. – Shipping Policy

At Dirty Soap & Co., we strive to deliver your products safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Custom orders or bulk orders may take longer; we will notify you if this is the case.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We use reputable courier services for all deliveries within South Africa.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly indicated on the website.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly with the courier.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within South Africa.

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain areas if delivery is not feasible.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Dirty Soap & Co. is not liable for delays caused by the courier or external factors (e.g., extreme weather).

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at liveclean@dirtysoap.co.za.

  • For damaged products, we may require photos of the package and product to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Shipping costs for faulty or damaged items are covered by us.


7. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • Any future international shipping policies will be announced on our website.
