Dirty Soap & Co. was created from a deep belief that getting dirty is good and established our love for simple, effective products made for real bodies and homes.
We are dedicated to being "guided by nature" on our products, packaging, and processes. Every soap, candle, and body work is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients chosen for their purpose and performance. We've carefully selected plastic-free packaging, designed for reuse and recycling. Our products are made in an off-grid facility using only harvested rainwater and solar electricity – making our product good for you and the environment.
Additionally, we are exploring ways to offer "refilling" or "container exchange" options for local customers - drop us a message if this is something you may be interested in!
What started as a passion for clean living has grown into a collection of everyday essentials designed to care for your skin, your home, and the environment—without unnecessary additives or waste.

our Soaps
We pride ourselves on using only natural ingredients - real oils, essential oils for fragrance and plant-based or natural colourants and additives. This makes our soaps good for you and the environment.
Our soap bases are made with a combination of macadamia nut oil, tallow, shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, soy wax and castor oil. This results in a long-lasting bar with a rich lather, that leaves your skin soft and moisturised.
Looking for a custom soap? Feel free to discuss your needs with us, from specific scent combinations, vegan bases or allergen-specific requirements. Custom soaps have a minimum order quantity of 10 bars. For best quality, our soaps need a 6 week cure time, so please contact us well in advance.
our Body Works
Healthy, gorgeous skin doesn't end with cleansing, and it doesn't need to come in plastic, single-use containers either.
Our skin products are primarily tallow-based, and are scented only with essential oils.
Why do we love our grass-fed tallow? Besides being packed with nutrients, its fatty acid profile closely resembles that of our own skin oils, allowing for oil balancing and rapid absorption. In addition to its skin-nurturing benefits, tallow skincare allows for the use of a by-product that may otherwise go to waste.
Being Guided by Nature means that we are always exploring new ways to naturally enhance our offerings to you. This includes botanical-infused oils and harnessing the skin-healing properties of raw honey - keep an eye out for new products!

our Candles
All our aromatherapy candles are made with pure soybean wax, due to its environmental friendliness, cleaner burn, and longer-lasting scent. Unlike paraffin wax - a petroleum by-product, soy is a renewable resource, biodegradable and sustainable, making soy candles a healthier choice for you and the planet.
For a natural and therapeutic scent experience, we use 100% essential oils which offer a more dynamic scent and provide aromatherapy benefits like stress relief, mood enhancement, and muscle relaxation. Only cotton wicks are used in our candles, without a metal core. This keeps your candle burning cleanly and evenly, minimizing soot and smoke production. They tend to burn with a taller, warmer flame that melts the wax and releases the essential oils, for an exceptional and superior aromatherapy experience.
Our aromatherapy candles come in 3 carefully crafted scent combinations, to enhance your atmosphere.
Aromatherapy candles come in two different sizes- a robust and compact travel tin of 80g, and 150g glass container candle, with a bamboo lid. Our glass containers are available in clear glass for a classic ambiance and matt black for a chic, stylish touch.
We can also create custom scented or unscented candles to meet your requirements. Please allow for a minimum of 2 weeks for custom candles.
our Massage Candles
Our massage candles contain a bespoke combination of soy wax and skin-loving oils such as Jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and grape seed oil, along with shea butter and tallow for a smooth, nourishing massage oil.
Combined with essential oils for soothing of the muscles and creating a relaxing environment, this is the ultimate addition to your self-care ritual. These candles are available in a 60g lipped aluminium tin.
To use: Light candle and allow the entire surface to melt while you relax and enjoy the aroma. Extinguish flame and allow wax to cool slightly before pouring onto skin and massaging
