Yes. We use natural ingredients such as real oils, essential oils for fragrance, and plant-based or natural colourants and additives in our soaps. Our body works are primarily tallow-based and scented only with essential oils, and our aromatherapy candles are made with pure soybean wax and essential oils.

Our soaps are made with nourishing oils and butters, and many customers find them gentle and moisturising. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend doing a patch test first—especially if you have allergies or very sensitive skin.

Yes! You’re welcome to contact us if you’re looking for custom scent combinations, vegan bases, or allergen-specific requirements. Custom soaps have a minimum order quantity of 10 bars, and our soaps need a 6 week cure time, so please contact us well in advance.

Our shaving soap is made using two different lyes (the chemical that turns fat into soap). It's a special technique that combines the process of making a bar soap, and the process of making a liquid soap. The result is a slightly softer soap that provides loads of stable lather, without a huge amount to elbow grease - exactly what you need in a great shaving soap.

You may find that natural handmade soap seems to get used up faster, this is because during the soap making process retains its glycerin and has no added fillers or hardeners.

You can increase your soap's lifespan by making sure it dries completely between uses. Consider keeping it on a well-draining dish or surface (they hate having wet feet).

Our aromatherapy candles are made with pure soybean wax, 100% essential oils, and cotton wicks (without a metal core). This helps them burn cleanly and evenly while minimizing soot and smoke.
