Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customers receive a tracking number by email once the order ships. The company is not responsible for courier delays, but if a package is lost or damaged, customers should contact liveclean@dirtysoap.co.za, and return shipping for faulty/damaged items is covered. Customers must provide accurate address details, as incorrect addresses may result in extra redelivery fees. International shipping is not currently available.
